Travelers and Raymond James join the sample — 13 institutions, 22 relationships

Cette note n'est disponible qu'en anglais pour l'instant.

The pilot sample grows again: Travelers and Raymond James Financial join the twelve institutions tracked so far, bringing the total to 13 institutions and 22 documented vendor relationships.

Travelers — Anthropic (Claude)

Travelers announced a company-wide partnership with Anthropic in January 2026: personalized Claude and Claude Code assistants for nearly 10,000 engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product owners, plus frontier-model access for all 30,000+ employees via an internal platform. Confirmed directly by Travelers' own investor-relations press release, with an on-the-record quote from its Chief Technology & Operations Officer — see the full row and the cited source.

Raymond James Financial — all three major vendors at once

Raymond James is the most interesting addition: it shows up in our data with three separate confirmed relationships — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT via ChatGPT Enterprise), and Microsoft (Azure OpenAI via Copilot) — all documented within months of each other in 2026.

This is exactly the case our family-not-vendor-name methodology is built for: an institution using several vendors on paper isn't necessarily hedged against correlation risk, because the question that matters is how many distinct model families sit behind those relationships sector-wide — not how many logos appear on one firm's vendor list.

New: a live 3D relationship graph on the data explorer

Alongside this data update, the data explorer now renders every filtered relationship as a live network graph — institutions on the outer ring (grouped by category), model families as hubs at the center, reflowing in real time as you filter. It's a different visual language from the homepage's aggregate view on purpose: the homepage shows the shape of concentration at a glance, the data page lets you trace exactly which institution connects to which family.
